Leadership Series

The “Excellence in Manufacturing” series is designed to give participants a better understanding of what it is to “lead” the workforce in a manufacturing setting.  During this training, participants will learn the skills needed to transition from a high performer to an effective leader.

The “Leadership Series” is a 6-part training program designed to train supervisors and managers about “what it is” to be a leader in the organization, and to give them the tools to be a leader that their company needs. ALL classes are conducted virtually with a live trainer online, making these classes very interactive to ensure the participants will receive the full benefit of the program.

Each module consists of 3 to 4 hours of virtual training conducted in segments over two consecutive days.
