Session Descriptions
Module 1: Who Am I As A Supervisor?
SDealing with COVID-19 and the workforce, we all are encountering challenges in managing remotely. We are faced with dealing with challenges keeping focused as well as keeping others engaged in the day-to-day business. This Module will teach the participants 7 simple principles in managing virtual teams and how to boost their and others productivity while working from remote positions, and how we integrate ways to keep our focus and structure during the work week.
Module 2: Business Culture To Remote Teams
Adapting to working in new ways can be challenging and changing from being around someone in the office environment every day to never seeing them in-person. This comes with its own challenges. It takes strength in leadership to present a thoughtful approach to protect the workforce and to lead them through the change and into a more adaptive and flexible work environment.
This Module is designed to bridge the challenge from working in the office environment to working remotely at home. Participants will learn how to guide and support the virtual team, how to communicate the company’s needs and values while working remotely, and how to create the “water cooler effect” by keeping teams connected and engaged from remote positions.
